Returns and Refunds are done on a case by case basis.
VINYL DECAL POLICY If upon inspection of your item(s) you see that they are damaged or we have mailed you the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please message us first and let us know what the issue is. You can then send the unused decal back to us (in its original condition) within 15 days of receipt. We will refund your money (minus shipping costs) once we have received the item(s).
We WILL NOT refund customers who have damaged their decal during application or placed custom orders and are not satisfied with the design (since you will have approved the design before we ship it to you). If you have any questions regarding our policies please contact us.
We normally make and ship within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. If you have given us the wrong address to ship your decal please contact us as soon as you notice the error. If we have already shipped the item you will have to repurchase the item(s) at full cost. T-SHIRT POLICY Please be sure measure yourself before ordering. Measurements of T-Shirts are listed in the description. Due to variations in fabric please allow for possible shrinkage. Refunds are only offered for damaged or wrongly shipped item(s).
PLEASE NOTE: We will absolutely not issue refunds or returns for any products that you ordered "BY ACCIDENT" or that "you didn't mean to order."
